He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Goins and Louise C. Goins (Perry); his brother John Edmond Goins; and his brothers-in-law, C. L. Kuykendall and Wallace J. Worley, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Honeycutt of Stillwater and Loretta Schaub of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his sisters, Louise Kuykendall of Nursery and Judy Worley; his siblings' children, Dr. Jonathan Goins (Jaja Goins) of Saipan, David Worley (Janet Worley), Daniel Worley, Tammy Ramirez (Frank) and Beverly Thomas (Darrell); his grandchildren, Rachal Darlene Littlebird, Caleb Andrew Dakota Dahle, Samantha Lee Honeycutt, Matthew Aaron Schaub, Heather Nicole Schaub and Stephen Schaub; and his great grandchildren, Rhythm Jean Denise Thomas and Luna Schaub. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
