He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Wagner and Lizzie Wagner (Davis); and his siblings, Olen Wagner and Faye Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Sandie Warren; his sons, Steve Wagner, Mike Wagner (Dawn), Scott Buss (Barbara) and Eric Latham (Kim); his grandchildren, Mindy Menotti (Chris), Mycah Thurman (Kyle), Lindsey Buss, Cameron Wagner (Brittany), Caitlin Hurst (Adam), Kelsey Wagner, Tori Morton (Tanner), Jonathan Buss, Bradley Anderson (Kailyn Deramus), Olivia Latham and Connor Latham; his great grandchildren, Karson Bowles, Blaisen Bowles, Kross Bowles, Brantley Phillips, Kyra Morton, Demi Morton, Raelynne Howard, Brody Menotti, Anneliese Thurman, Maverick Menotti, Vincent Menotti, Cordelia Anderson and Sutton Hurst; and his brothers, Bennie Wagner (Janice) and Willie Wagner (Barbara). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
