He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Sr. Ortiz and Mary Lee Ortiz; his wife Kristina Kenyon; his children, Mikel Ortiz, Jacob Ortiz and Makayla Ortiz; and his siblings, David Ortiz (Yolanda), Steve Ortiz (Terry), Sylvia Ortiz and Rebecca Guerra (Jennifer). He is also survived by numerous loving family members and friends.
