He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Otto Williams and Ora Carter Williams; his wife Elva Lou Francis Williams; and his siblings, Raymond Williams, Frieda Hilton, Bettye Mae Jones and JoAnn Basford.

He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Sharon Williams of Mena; his daughter Donna; his son-in-law Hal Merriman of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Kristi (Steve Schuller), Kevin (Tiffany Williams), Keith (Amber Williams), Melissa (Robert Kennedy), Kyle (Cori Williams) and Kimberly (Chadd Williams); his great grandchildren, Olivia Lockhart, Andrew Davis, Alexis Williams, Nicholas Williams, Tessa Williams, Jenna Williams, Grayden Kennedy, Everly Kennedy and Aubrey Williams; his stepgrandchildren, Taylor, Allie Schuller, Kyndon Schuller and Kasen Schuller; his sister Wanda Jones; his niece Anita Nault; and also Ross. He is also survived by his children: one son.
