She was predeceased by : her parents, Sanford Alton and Imogene Harkey Southard; her son Scotty Ray Parker; her brother Donnie Southard; and the father of her children Lloyd Parker.
She is survived by : her son Shane Allen Parker (Wendy) of Jonesboro; her daughter-in-law Debbie Mangrum of Paragould; her sister Sandra Pierce of Cardwell; her grandchildren, Andrea Bullinger and Shane Tyler Parker; her great grandchildren, Josilyn McCollum, Dominick Chamberlain and Kiley Bullinger; her nephew Jared Southard; her niece Summer Friedman; her great-niece Kinsley Anna Southard; and her close friend Mark Prince.
In following the State of Arkansas Covid-19 guidelines the family has asked those in attendance to practice social distancing at all times.
