With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole Kay Jobe Bulloch of Monticello, Arkansas, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on April 28, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Mae and Alden James Thorp of Ballinger, Texas.; and her husband William. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth (Scott Burnett) of Collins and Sarah Bulloch of Tyler, Texas; her granddaughters, Montre Burnett, Clara Bulloch and Grace Burnett; and her pet Lady.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for memorials to be sent to the Monticello 2nd Chance for Dogs or to a favorite charity of your choice.
