We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2024, at the age of 82, Betty Darlene Shinnall Carter of Moro, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ruth Shinnall (French) and George Shinnall; and her brother Frank Shinnall. She is survived by : her husband Carl Carter; her children, Johnnie Rollf of Carlisle, Tracy Carter of Winston, NC., Jackie Mediros of California and Carla Cornwill of Kent, WA.; and her sister Debbie Shinnall of Ward, AR.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, forty great grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
