She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Shinnall (French) and George Shinnall; and her brother Frank Shinnall. She is survived by: her husband Carl Carter; her children, Johnnie Rollf of Carlisle, Tracy Carter of Winston, NC., Jackie Mediros of California and Carla Cornwill of Kent, WA.; and her sister Debbie Shinnall of Ward, AR.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, forty great grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
