With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Cody (Morrilton, Arkansas), who passed away on February 22, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Cleve Cody and Celestia Cody (Robinson); and his siblings, JJ Cody (Anna), Ruby Hubbard (Joseph), Alice Hubbard (Don) and Mazie Schimmel (Wesley).
He is survived by : his wife Mary Jones Cody of Rose Creek; his children, Jeanenne Cook (Ernie), Penny Vess (Rocky) and James Harold Cody of Rose Creek; his siblings, Viva Brixey (Dewayne) of Bryants Cove, Jean Selvey (Jim) of Pontoon and Ewell Cody (Wanda) of Rose Creek; and his grandchildren, DeAnn McGrew (John) of Conway, ReAnna McGrew of Rose Creek, Tiffany Kilburn, AJ Cody, Josh Pitts (Lindsey) of Conway, Blake Pitts (Kristen) of Oppelo, Evan Vess (Halley) of Harrisonburg and Virigina.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hamilton Cemetery (Casa, AR 72025). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 at the same location.
