He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay Phillips and Jodah Levina Phillips (London); his wife Ellen Marie Phillips (McElfresh); his son Thomas Clay Phillips; and his siblings, Don Phillips, Charles Phillips and Marjorie Finley.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Evans (Carl) of Mount Holly; his grandchildren, Anna Evans and C. J. Evans of Mount Holly; and his sister Kathy Phillips of Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces nephews and friends.
Due to COVID 19 masks will be required.
