She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Battle and Joyce McKay (Goodner). She is survived by : her husband Chris Harrod; her children, Amy Martinez, Amber Brown (Jason) and Christopher Harrod; her grandchildren, Anna Martinez, Alyssa Brown and Jayden Brown; her siblings, Kathy James, Kim Hazelbaker and John McKay; her pet Marley; and her stepmother Estelle Battle. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
