He is survived by : his wife Shirley Collins; his daughter Kay Carol Bourgault (Michael); his grandchildren, Jessica Haskel (Justin) and Chris Zurhellen (Chrissy); his great grandchildren, Leslie, Layne, Izzy and Caleb; his stepdaughter Cindy Doss; his stepgrandchildren, Dustin, Dylan and JD; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Pafford (Tammie) and Terry Pafford (Debbie).
