She was predeceased by : her parents, John Fulks and Drusilla Helms Fulks; her husband Silas Patrick; her grandson Johnny Patrick; and her siblings, Lavada Fulks, Mildred Fulks Barham, James Fulks, David Fulks, Ellis Fulks and Thurlow Fulks.
She is survived by : her children, Howard Patrick (Barbara) of Farmer City, Barbara Jennings (Mike) of Newnata, Kathie Musick (Larry) of Timbo and Martha Patrick May of Mountain View; her siblings, Richard Fulks, Wilma Jean Lawrence, Helen Billingsley and Pat Kocher; and her grandsons, Sam Patrick, Michael Jennings, Justin Patrick, Travis Trammell, Lance Oden and Tom Thomas. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
