He is survived by : his parents, John D. Powell and Virginia K. Powell (Wheeler); and his siblings, Kurt E. Powell (Charlene) of Avalon, Wisconsin, Tina M. Treadway (Dwight) of Mountain View, Kory L. Sanders (Tony) of Mountain View and Kathy Strothman (Bryon) of Gurnee. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
