He was predeceased by : his parents, Eldon Rudolph "John" Floyd and Velma Inez Floyd (Phelps); and his brother Randall Floyd. He is survived by : his children, Amber Crawford (Greg) of Fort Smith and Chad Floyd (Deborah) of Fort Smith; his sister Vickie Floyd Payne of Alabama; his grandchildren, Mark Pickel (Gillian) of Morgan Pickel, C. J, Georgia Crawford and Samantha Crawford; his great grandchild Jude Crawford; and his niece Kyndal Beth "K. B.".
