He was predeceased by : his parents, J. B. Clark and Ernesteen Clark; his sister Madelyn Woods; and his son Phillip Clark. He is survived by : his wife Donna Delores Clark (Duncan); his sons, Wendell (Pam Clark) of Prescott Valley and Tim (Dorothy Clark) of Bismarck; his daughter-in-law Natalie Clark of Mountain Home, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Desiree Clark of Prescott Valley, Kristen Grant of Bismarck, Trinity Ohms of Haskell and Kayla (Jerad Moffitt) of Mountain Home; his siblings, Louie Clark, Gary Clark, Jerry Clark, Glen Clark, Jason Clark, Maudie Weza, Barbara Dickerson, Sharon Rowe, Brenda Reynolds and Jacky Clark; his grandsons, Cody Clark, Weston Clark, Jordan Clark and Jerad Moffitt; and his nephews, Ryan Clark and Jason Duncan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
