It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Hayden (Mountain View, Arkansas), who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roy Hayden to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Hale Hayden and Blanche Hayden; and his siblings, Mary Hale Hinkle (Jack) of Mountain View, Ann Powers (Pat) of Westchester, Pennsylvania and Nick Hayden (Naomi) of Little Rock, Arkansas..
He is survived by : his wife Pat Cole Hayden; his daughter Katherine Emerson; his son-in-law Tom Emerson of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and his granddaughter Lindsey Emerson Rains (Wilson Raines) of Little Rock. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Roy will be interred in a private family graveside service at Mount Olive Cemetery due to the COVID pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105, or charity of choice.
