He was predeceased by : his parents, Oliver Tuttle and Dessie Richardson Tuttle. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy; his stepchildren, Terry McKinnon (Cathy) of Cushman, Arkansas and Cynthia McKinnon of Mountain View, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Becky McKinnon, Tina McKinnon, Eddie Niel and Matthew Niel.
