She is survived by : her husband Monte Duckworth; her son Michael Duckworth of Mulberry; and her siblings, Dorene Riley of Fort Smith, Gloria Thomason of Fort Smith, Gary Dean of Pahrump, NV and Jack Dean of Van Buren. She is also survived by five nieces and nine nephews.
