He is survived by : his parents, Chucky Clemons and Teresa Forrest (French); his children, Caiden Clemons and Ashlyn Fellows; his stepfather Richard Forrest; his sister Christy; his brother-in-law Ed Woods; and his brothers, Ronnie (Kesha Forrest), Donnie (Kirstie Forrest) and Steven (Stephanie Forrest). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family and a host friends.
