She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Avey and Ida Johnson Avey; and her siblings, Thomas Avey, Willis Avey, Charles Avey, Victorine Noblett, Willie Mae Sanders, Betty Bowden and Judy Avey.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Snider of New Blaine; her sons, Bobby Gideon (Monica) of Layafette, Will Gideon (Teresa) of Benton, Steve Gideon (Tracy) of Dardanelle and Tim Hamm (Kerry) of Maynard, Arkansas; her stepdaughters, Angie, Angela and Heather Moudy; and her sisters, Margaret "Tootsie" Langston, Ruth Robinson and Carol Chambers. She is also survived by many grandchildren; great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
