Hogans of Newark, Arkansas, born in Bartow, Florida, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Bobby Lee Hogans, Sr.; his son Roy Lee Hogans; and his brother Bobby Hogans, Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Emma Lee Hogans (Sanders); his children, Jonathon Hogans, Marcus Allen Hogans, Billy Ray Hogans, Nathan Vandevert and Tina Nichole Hunter; and his brothers, David Lee Hogans and Grady Allen Hogans. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
