He is survived by: his parents, Evan Blake Householder and Kailey Desiree Eppes; his sister Georgia Householder; his grandparents, Tabatha Gibson of Missouri, Blake Householder of Hoxie, Jennifer Eppes of Hoxie and Jermie Eppes of Hoxie; and his great-grandparents, Jeannit Meadows of Hoxie and Janet Smith of Hoxie. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles.
