He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Wood and Nolah Wood; his siblings, Dorothy Moore, Betty Rachaner and Haskell Wood (Jean); his sons, Brent Wood and Bryan Austin; and his granddaughter Kenzie Hess.
He is survived by: his wife Toni Wood; his granddaughter Annie Laura; his daughter Sydney Hess (Tom); his grandson Hunter Hess (Kaycee); his great grandchild Noah Lee; and his siblings, Jim Allen Wood (Nedra) and Connie Cox (Gene). He is also survived by family; he is also survived by brothers and sister-in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
