It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Carter of North Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on June 4, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Kamp Ross and Aileen Ross; and her husband Floyd Carter. She is survived by : her brother Kamp Ross (Loyda); her niece Tracy McCauslin (Don); and her nephew Allen Ross (Tanya). She is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and friends.
