She was predeceased by: her father Randy Crowder. She is survived by: her husband Mike Montgomery; her daughter Kelly Montgomery; her mother Betty Brooks; her brother John Crowder (Karen); her sister-in-law Carla Toczek (Dave); her sibling's children, Michael Crowder (Lindsey), Nicole Pritchett (Issac) and Mike Toczek (Maggie); her great-nephew Maddox Crowder; and her great-nieces, Lia Johnson and Carolyn Toczek.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the State Funeral Service & Crematory (2620 W Main St, Jacksonville, AR 72076).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
