He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Perkins Ramsey; his wife Deborah Ramsey; his children, Eric Ramsey (Kelsey) and Stephanie Newton (Terrill); his grandchildren, Kalie, Noah, Allie, Leighton, Lacey Ramsey, Tinley and Timber Newton; and his siblings, Paul Ramsey (Debbie), John Robert Flemming and Jacqueline Holt.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Central Arkansas Christian Schools (CAC) or River City Ministries in North Little Rock, AR.
