She was predeceased by : her son Freman Leon Bales; her sister Leona Kaye Summit; her parents-in-law, Freman Bales and Laura Bales; and her brother-in-law Waymon Bales.
She is survived by : her husband Steve Bales; her children, Stephanie Bales of Ola and Dustin Storey of Russellville; her mother Patricia Ann Summit of Ola; her sisters, Cynthia and Wayne; and her grandchildren, Mason, Auston, Karson, Maddilynn Bales, Paisley Storey and Furr Baby Lily. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
