With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip McDougle of Oneida, Arkansas, who passed away on September 9, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmore McDougle and Amie Street McDougle; and his siblings, Geraldine McDougle Meeks, Earline McDougle Spencer Pyle, Henry Clay McDougle (H. C.), Robert William McDougle (Billy), John Orlee McDougle (J. O.) and Wayne Archie McDougle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
