He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" Roosevelt Dunegan and Lena Francis Dunegan; his siblings, Bobby Dunegan, Betty Jean Dunegan and Carolyn Sorrell; and his nephew Michael Sorrell.
He is survived by: his children, Tyler Dunegan (Carolyn) and Billie Ann Taylor (Jason); his grandchildren, Glen David Sanders (Lexy), Michael Taylor, Trey Dunegan, Anneliese Dunegan and Mason Dunegan; his great grandchild Harper Sanders; and his nieces, Angie Gibbs (Brian), Pam Hamilton (James) and Stacey Jo Petrash (Dennis).
