He is survived by: his wife Lesia Yankaway of Osceola; his children, Derrick Yankaway Jr. of Sikeston, MO, Ebony Yankaway and LaQuita Yankaway of Osceola; his siblings, Robert Yankaway of Minneapolis, MN, John Yankaway, Donald Yankaway of Osceola, Aaron Yankaway, Jimmy Yankaway of Blytheville, Mary Yankaway of Gosnell, Sandra Yankaway of Blytheville, Angie Yankaway of Osceola, Annie Yankaway of Jonesoboro and Melinda Yankaway of Marion; and his close friend Yolanda Caruthers of Luxora. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
