It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Edwards of Osceola, Arkansas, born in Selmer, Tennessee, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalton Tacker and Annie Ray Vinson White; her husband Lawrence B. Edwards; her children, Terry Lynn Edwards and Shirley Bankston Edwards; and her siblings, Carl Max Tacker, Connie Irene Austin, Mary Ruth Ashley and Margret White.
She is survived by: her children, James R. Tacker of Luxora, Carl E. Roaten (Joi) of Byhalia, MS, Jimmy D. Roaten (Deborah) of Osceola, Larry Edwards of Jonesboro, Brandon Edwards of Manila and Vickie Griffin of Osceola; and her siblings, Curtis Nelson Tacker of Luxora and Diane Northcutt of Manila. She is also survived by loving great grandchildren.
