He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Moore. He is survived by: his mother Marie Franks Moore; his sons, Jeff S. Moore (Nicole) of Senoia and Josh J. Moore of Senoia; his siblings, Wayne Moore, Carl Moore, Gene Moore, Johnny Moore, Jr., Mary Moore Eubanks, Linda Moore and Rose Ann Riney; and his granddaughter Presleigh Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
