She is survived by: her children, Lavelle Johnson (Mary) of Jonesboro, Maria Johnson Houston (Rico) of Chicago, IL and Patricia Yankaway (Freddie) of Luxora; her stepdaughter Andrea Gathen of Chicago, IL; and her sisters, Verna Mason and Mary Johnson of Southbend, IN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
