He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Calhoun and K. C. Belcher; his wife Irma Harold Belcher; and his siblings, Fairitha Belcher Matheny, Ruthell Belcher Moore, Eddie Faye Belcher, Jessie Lee Belcher, Levester Belcher and John Dale Belcher.
He is survived by: his children, Tonye Daneen Durr (Madison) of Atlanta, GA and Thomas Douglas Belcher (Robert Dufree) of Lawrenceville, GA; his grandchildren, Alexas Durr, Madison Anthony Durr and Adrienne Durr of Atlanta, GA; his siblings, Curtis Belcher of Fort Smith, AR and Essie Belcher of Sacramento, CA; and his sister-in-law Thelma H. Rodgers of Brooklyn, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins and many dear friends.
