He is survived by: his wife Donna Sparks Lively; his children, Anthony Lively, William Lively (Araysha) of Paragould, Shane Sparks, Shawn Sparks (Kristen) of Paragould, Shannan Clouse (Terry) and Shantell Howard of Paragould; his grandchildren, Azabeth, Edward Lively, Clara Ellenburg, Fisher Sparks, Brooke Davis (Tommy), Jimmy Stallcup (Jayme), Emma Stallcup, Kadence Graves and Kyson Howard; and his mother-in-law Willodean Olive.
