It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Joanna Steinmetz of Paragould, Arkansas, born in Monette, Arkansas, who passed away on August 12, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Joseph Matthew; her husband Roland Philip Steinmetz; her children, Jojuania "Jo" Nicely and Ricky Krantz; her grandson Wesley Todd Nicely; and her siblings, Burtis Walker, Laverna Hobbs, Bobbie Smith, Barbara Bolin and Janis Hickson.
She is survived by : her great grandchildren, Brittney Nicely of Arizona, Melanie Nicely of Arizona, Kaitlyn Nicely of Tennessee and Cody Nicely (Ali) of Arizona; her great great grandchildren, Amelia Martin of Arizona, Landon Nicely of Arizona, Brooklyn Martin of Arizona, Wesley Martin of Arizona, Grayson Nicely of Arizona and Emmery Nicely of Arizona; her grandson Derreck Abitt of Arizona; her children, David Steinmetz of Florida and Carol Minto of Ohio; and her siblings, J. D. Walker, Danny Walker, Wanda Wyatt, Betty Smith, Charlotte Langston, Deborah West and Sandra Dickson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and one very special niece.
