He was predeceased by : his parents, Marion Luther Black and Pauline Black Cannon (Martindale). He is survived by : his wife Grace Black (Smalling); and his siblings, David Cannon of Paris and Mary Nell Rickman (John) of Downey, California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

At the request of the family we ask that all attendees please wear a mask before entering the building for the funeral service.
