He was predeceased by : his parents, Bobby Gene and Mazie Phillips (Fairbanks); and his brothers, Jerry Phillips and Ronald Phillips. He is survived by : his children, Rachelle Phillips of Paris and Chadrick Phillips of Paris; his brother David Phillips of Paris; his grandchildren, Chaelyn Phillips, Champagne Phillips, Thorn Phillips, Kierra Phillips and Cheyenne Quijada; and his great grandchild Peyton Schilling.
