David Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2021, at the age of 59, David Carter of Parthenon, Arkansas, born in Harrison, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Leon Johnny; and his sister Barbara Middleton. He is survived by: his mother Joan Marie Carter (Sarver) of Parthenon; and his brothers, Roy Carter (Sheri) of Deer, AR, Troy Gene Carter of Parthenon and Johnny Carter of Harrison.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Union Hill Cemetery Fund at either Anstaff Bank or Bank OZK both in Jasper.
