He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Calvin Billings and Mary Catherine Essman Billings; his wife Gloria "Jeanne" Mahan; and his brother Athel Lee Billings. He is survived by: his son Brad Billings (Judi) of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Jacob and Caleb; his brother Curtis; and his sister-in-law Jean Billings of Waldron. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and many close friends.
