He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Belk (Ronnie) of Perryville, Paula Gutterud (Wane) of San Diego and Jamie Myers of Fountain Valley, California; his grandsons, Justin Belk (Stacy) and Alexander Gutterud; and his great grandchild Tatum Belk.
