He was predeceased by: his wife Mary B. Gober; and his sons, David Thomas Gober and Samuel Richard Gober. He is survived by: his sons, Don Roy Gober (Betty) of White Hall and William Jack Gober (Patty) of Tyro; his brother Philip Earl Gober (Joyce) of Pine Bluff; and his son Reverend Bryan. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
