She was predeceased by: her stepfather Floyd Evans Sr.; and her mother Anna Salley. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Osborne (David) of Grapevine, Arkansas; her granddaughters, Jenny Boyd (McAllister) and Seanna Toatly; and her nephews, Drew Evans and Derek Evans.
