It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Simpson (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonnie Furguson and Luddy Tubbs Furguson; and her husband James Simpson. She is survived by: her son Mark Simpson of Woodlawn; her granddaughter Samantha Simpson; and her sister Margie Sullivan. She is also survived by five nieces and five nephews.
