She is survived by: her parents, Peter Zack and Mary Fotiades Zack; her sons, Edward P. Mahaffy (Denise) of Little Rock and Peter Zachary Mahaffy (Desiree) of White Hall; her grandchildren, Mary Caitlin Mahaffy of Bloomington, William Edward Mahaffy of Little Rock, Zachary Cole Mahaffy of White Hall and Madelyn Elizabeth Mahaffy of White Hall; and her nieces and nephews, Mary Triffany Cook of Atlanta, Peter B. H'Doubler of Atlanta and William Z. H'Doubler of Roanoke.
