He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Pennington and Lorene Woodall Pennington; and his wife Phyllis Daniel Pennington. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Pennington (Kellie) of White Hall and Leslie Pennington (Sharon) of Pine Bluff; his grandchildren, Alyssa Pennington, Winter Mitchell, Kimberly Overton, Brandon Worsham and Kirsten Pennington; and his brother Dan Pennington (Kathy) of Mayflower. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations take the form of contributions to Veterans of Foreign Wars post # 4455, 1518 East Harding, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71601.
