She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Franklin Ratliff and Hazel Willis Ratliff; her brothers, Joe D. Ratliff, Russell L. Ratliff, Richard "Dickie" Ratliff and Wayne A. Ratliff; and her uncle Willis of Pine Bluff.
She is survived by: her significant other Dr. Anthony Michael Orlando; her stepchildren, Mark Orlando and Tammy Orlando Hughes; her sister Marilyn Boellner (Ratliff); and her sisters-in-law, Pam Stone Ratliff and Rita Funderburg Ratliff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family asks that any flowers be planted in your yard in memory of her and any donations made to your favorite Arts Program or local Animal Shelter.
