She was predeceased by: her parents, William Owen Emanuel and Jessie Mae Mapes Emanuel. She is survived by: her children, Harry Shiver (Linda) of Hamburg, John Shiver (Laura) of Little Rock, Jeff Shiver of Pine Bluff and Karen Craig of Deland, FL; and her grandchildren, Sherri Newsome (Charlie), Donna Stansel (Michael), Scott Craig, Brad Shiver (Rebecca), Christy Douthit (Derek), Mallory Abate (Matt) and Sally Clower (Ted). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
