He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Cobbs-Johnson; his adoptive parents, Frank Dunn and Bertha Dunn; and his brother Bobby Dan Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Mae Webb; his daughters, Kimberly Haywood, Tracy Haywood and Sherry Haywood; his siblings, Genella Anderson and Samuel Johnson, Jr.; his grandchildren, Aaliyah Walker, Kason Withers, Kendall Withers and Matthew Tosca; and his great grandchild Princeton Cannady. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, in-laws, and other loving family & friends.
