She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Akin and Myrtle Sullivan Akin; her husband Tommy M. Hobbs; and her siblings, Bernard Akin, Tommy G. Akin, Dewitt Akin, Carl Akin, Raymond Akin and Jane Akin Wilson.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Hobbs of Pine Bluff and Ricky Hobbs (Deborah) of Pine Bluff; her grandchildren, Hasty Hobbs of Little Rock and Miranda Hand (Earnest) of Sheridan; her great grandchildren, Blaze and Nevaeh; and her sister Betty Akin Sawyer of Monticello. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
